Our Manufacturing Facilities
YASH Enterprises operates advanced manufacturing facilities strategically located in Delhi and Bhiwadi, enabling efficient production and timely delivery across India. Equipped with modern machinery, automated processing systems, and stringent quality control procedures, our plants are designed to manufacture high-performance polymer products that meet diverse industrial requirements. With a combined production capacity exceeding 21,000 TPA, our facilities ensure consistent quality, operational efficiency, and scalable manufacturing. Every stage—from raw material selection to production, testing, packaging, and dispatch—is closely monitored by experienced professionals to deliver products that meet national quality standards.
HDPE Pipes
YASH Enterprises manufactures premium-quality HDPE Pipes designed for strength, durability, and long-term performance. Manufactured using high-grade polyethylene and advanced extrusion technology, our pipes offer excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, UV exposure, and environmental stress. Our HDPE piping solutions are widely used in water supply, irrigation, industrial fluid transportation, sewage systems, and infrastructure projects. Available in multiple diameters and pressure ratings, they provide leak-proof performance, easy installation, and low maintenance throughout their service life. Manufactured in accordance with IS 4984:2016, our HDPE pipes deliver reliable performance even under demanding operating conditions.
PLB Duct Pipes
Our PLB Duct Pipes are engineered to provide reliable protection for optical fiber cables used in modern telecom networks. Manufactured using premium-grade HDPE with precision-engineered permanent lubrication inside the duct, they enable smooth cable installation while reducing friction and installation time. Designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, our PLB ducts offer excellent flexibility, crush resistance, and long service life. They are widely used in telecom infrastructure, smart city projects, broadband networks, and utility cable protection. Our PLB ducts are manufactured under strict quality standards and are TSEC approved, ensuring dependable performance for telecom applications.
LDPE Films
We manufacture Premium LDPE Films using high-quality raw materials and advanced film extrusion technology to deliver excellent flexibility, tear resistance, moisture protection, and long-lasting durability. Our LDPE Films are manufactured as per IS 2508:2024 standards, ensuring superior quality and reliable performance. Available in various thicknesses, widths, and customized specifications, our films are widely used for Pond Liners, Protection for Food Grains, Disaster Relief Camps, Vapour Barriers in Concrete Structures (NHAI Projects), Railway Wagon Liners and Covers, as well as packaging, tarpaulins, and industrial wrapping. We ensure every film undergoes stringent quality checks for consistent performance and reliability.
HDPE Films/ Geomembrane
We manufacture Premium HDPE Films using advanced manufacturing technology to deliver superior strength, puncture resistance, dimensional stability, and excellent moisture resistance for demanding industrial, agricultural, and infrastructure applications. Our HDPE Films are manufactured as per IS 10889:2024 standards, ensuring consistent quality and long-lasting performance. Available in customized sizes and specifications, our films are widely used for Ash Dyke Lining in Power Plants, Water Reservoirs, Canal Lining, Landfill Sites, as well as industrial and agricultural lining applications.
Polymer Granules
We manufacture a comprehensive range of Commodity Grade and Engineering Grade polymer granules for diverse industrial applications. Our Commodity Grade portfolio includes LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE granules, while our Engineering Grade portfolio includes ABS, Polycarbonate (PC), and Nylon granules. Using advanced recycling and compounding technology, we produce granules with consistent melt flow, superior mechanical strength, and reliable processing performance. Our granules are widely used in injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, automotive components, electrical and electronic products, consumer goods, packaging, and industrial manufacturing. We also develop customized polymer compounds to meet specific technical requirements, ensuring optimum performance, consistency, and cost efficiency for every application.
